iPod Touch - iTouch crashing while watching movie :(

 Ok heres whats going on right now: when I rip a movie and watch them on my touch it crashes screen blacks out the restarts you see the apple logo and then it restarts. This happens about 30 minutes into the movie. I have software version 1.1.4. w/software upgrade its not jail broken at all no hacks on it. Im using DVD Decrypter and Vidora to convert to MP4. I have tried Handbreak, CUCUSoft all giving me the same problem, 30 minutes into the movie it crashes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help... Any information would help. Thanks
