I've noticed that when I try and update my apps from my phone it doesn't seem to work, and if I try to download and update them through iTunes I get an error message.
Anybody else experiencing this? The only way I can get around it is by deleting said apps, good job it hasn't happened to my favourite ones yet.

I, personally, haven't had any issues with this although my sister has been having the same problem you seem to be having.
With my iphone, I plug it in and then in iTunes and under the "applicatons" side section, I download the updates. I've tried this with my sis' phone and it downloads but still shows updates available on the iphone's screen and iTunes will say afterwards that there are no updates available.
Lets hope Apple works on this for the next update.
