iPhone - iPhone says "load 5 more messages"

in my Inbox but it won't load them? The message appears "load 5 more messages. 5 messages unread" but there are none. I keep refreshing but nothing. It even gives the new mail sound at times. I reflashed it via iTunes but am still having no luck. Has anyone else experienced this or perhaps no why it's doing this? Thanks.

this happened to me then i realized that there wasn't any more messages to load but it still said it. maybe this is your case to.

Does it to me. I just click it, it goes away, nothing happens, so ignore it. I have checked many times when it does it, so I have accepted that if it dosnt load them, there is none there.

Cool, thanks guys. Sure enough...I ignored it for a day and once it loaded some new messages it went away.
