iPhone - How do you add incoming call nos to your contacts?

In other cell phones you just do options or edit on a phone number in your recent incoming calls and are able to add it to your contacts.
When I look at recent calls in the iphone all I can do it click it to call the number back. How do I add it to my contacts?

From your Recent Calls list, find the number you want and tap the icon with the arrow to the far right. It should be obvious what to do from there.
