Hi Guys
I have a weird issue, I brought my mac out of sleep mode with my iPhone plugged in. It now doesn't recognize the media content that was loaded on the phone (all music, photos and videos). It sees that I have 6GB of data on the iPhone but recognizes it as "other" and not as "music" or "video" or whatever content it may be. I can't resync the phone because it says there is insufficient space. I need to fix this without restoring the factory defaults. How can I erase content that is recognized as "other"?

Unplug the iphone, restart it (turn it off, then back on). Restart your Mac then plug your iPhone back in.

Ya, remember to turn it off, just don't push the button to put it to sleep
