Thread: A few questions...

Hii..im really considering getting and iphone over an ipod touch..but i just a had few a questions..
-Has anyone faced any major problems with there unlocked iphone?
-if i was to restore it, will it be unlocked? or will it lock?
-how is it when you call and receive calls, does the network work well?
-If i saved sim contacts from my previous phone, and put the sim into the iphone, will they appear in the contacts?
I really like the iphone much more then the touch, but the problem is that the warranty will not work if its unlocked, unlike the touch, which will have a 1 year warranty..but im willing to take this risk..

Just hold on for now cause Apple is going to be putting out an update that will nuke all unlocked phones...

Buying an unlocked iphone is a waste of money, they will blast it

Heck, try it and let us know. I for one would like to know how it works abroad in "hacked" state. I personally would advise against buying an unlocked one and do it yourself so you know how to fix it. BTW: I'll be leaving mine stock.Never judge a man, untill you have walked a mile in his shoes...
That way you'll be a mile away from him, and you'll have his shoes.
