iPhone - Iphone gyro issue

Does this ever happen to anyone.... sometimes when my iphone is right side up and not landscape it goes into landscape mode.. not always but sometimes... could it be that the gyro is just sensitive?

Mine will sometimes do that if its tilted forward or backward and if I maybe rotate it slightly...I think its just a bit sensitive and the way I have it turned is just enough for it to rotate it really doesn't happen to me all that often.

Mine only goes into landscape mode when I turn it on its side. Never does it change when I'm holding it vertically...
