Ok I tried searching but came up empty.....

Can you put programs on your iPhone? Like games, etc? If so how do you do it?

I've been using them for a while and yes, they are quite safe.

All you really need is Installer.app and you're pretty much set. There are a ton of applications available and there are new ones being released practically on a daily basis.
