Has anyone bought one ? if so how do they come like in a reg box in mint con or do they come like banged up ?

Does anyone know off the top of their head how many songs it hold (4gb)?

i would imagine it would some where around 1000 songs as an 8gb ipod holds around 2000

Apple wouldn't resell it unless it looked really good and functioned perfectly. If I were to buy an iPhone now, I'd get a refurb and use that savings to buy the 2 year warranty (and still have money saved).

I have 1839 songs on my 8GB. I would expect a 4GB to hold around 900.
