I would, defintely, but I don't have Cingular. The price tag is big and would make a dent but hey it would be worth it. I checked out the demo on the Apple site and its just amazing...almost looks to good to be true.

I think the price is a little high and I can't stand Cingular.

I'll wait a few years until it's not exclusive any more and more reasonably priced.

For me it's because their customer service is awful as were their plans.

I have T-Mobile and have been very happy with them.
