I jailbreak a lot of phones at my school, but we always have to use hotspots because the Baracuda filter blocks the Evasion servers when I try to "retreive the remote packages". Can I retreive these once and kepp them so I can jailbreak offline?

I suppose you could if you rewrote the code for Evasi0n so it pointed to a local copy of the packages. Is the source code even available?

you might could sniff what http requests evasion is making and configure a proxy to serve them up transparently.

You would have to direct the servers address to localhost or whatever via lmhosts maybe.

I'm in the same boat, and this is the direction I am heading.
