flash ??
received mail today, but was not able to read whole ad from office max, said that I needed flash, but tried to dl flash and it said not avaiable for this device Iphone 4s

That's correct, Flash is not available for the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. Adobe (the developers of Flash) have abandoned development of Flash for mobile devices, so you're best off trying to view the site via a computer that supports Flash.
Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

And of course the site would be best of understanding that they are committing commercial suicide there and adapt their website to use alternatives that work with mobile devices.
