I have an iphone 4s for like a month and i don't get how i got a tiny sratch. it really bugs me. Sometimes, i have battery issues as well, but its not consistence enough to be a reason. Does anyone have reasons for a new replacement for the iphone for the genius bar?

Actual hardware issues. That's all they replace them for.

The phone needs to be found defective for them to do anything about it. They would try to fix it before they would actually issue you a phone.

We're not going to be a party to helping you find a way to defraud Apple.

We're done here.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
