In order for me to get Spire on my Iphone 4 which is a 5.1 it says that I need iOS Firmware <5.1

I'm downloading that to my laptop now, how do I get it on my phone? and am I taking the right steps? because when I try to download Siri it says I need Spire and for spire it says

depends : iOS firmware <5.1
additional information would be great, can you even get Siri for a teathered jailbroken 5.1 iphone 4?
thanks

Siri is exclusive to the iPhone 4S, not the iPhone 4.
