How do I delete songs on my iPhone that doesn't appear in iTunes?

I noticed today that there were doubles of some songs in an album, but when I went into iTunes it doesn't show doubles in the library or viewing the songs on the phone.

Any ideas on how to delete them?

Also for example one song is number 9 then the same title shows up and number 16. The album only goes to 15! I looks to see if any songs were listed anywhere else misnamed or misnumbered, but nope.
