Hi this may seem like quite a wierd question but here goes...I recently broke/cracked my rear back panel on my iphone 4 and was wondering instead of buying a clear back panel can i just scrape the glass and plastic off the cracked one? Thanks

So you have an iPhone 4 with a cracked rear panel and you want to scrap the paint off the cracked glass? You can't scrap the glass off the panel. The panel is the glass, with a small plastic border.
