I was just listening to my music on my iPhone, and it randomly stopped playing, but the play symbol at the top right corner of my screen was still blue, so I changed my headphones to see if that was the problem. It didn't work, so I opened up my music and I found that it was still supposedly playing, but the volume bar at the bottom disappeared!
What is wrong and how do I fix this?

Hard reboot (hold sleep/wake & Home button until it reboots)

If that doesn't resolve it a sync - backup- restore - sync is in order

External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup
