Ok the first few months of owning a iPhone 4s I went over on my data plan, me assuming it was new features such as iMessages, I upgraded my data plan to 2GB. I went and looked over the bill and found weird 3g data transfers such as about midnight when my phone is at home connected to wifi plugged in to charge, but most of them was when I was connected to wifi.
Well today, at work we are having to the network drop, like always. I go and look though all the logs and find the only thing happening at that time was a device connected to the network and received an IP Address from DHCP. Looking at the logs for the access points and see this device that connected was filling the log going back and forth connected and disconnected. Go looking for this device, only to find that it is my phone.
Has anyone else seen this problem with their phone?
