Hey guys and gals,
Just jumped ship from android to a new iPhone 4s and to be honest, I don't know what took me so long ![]() Quick question, it charges pretty quick but the last few percent ( typically after 96%) it seems to take a little longer than the rest of the charge. Is this normal behavior ? Thanks everyone ! |

Yes, that's normal. Most smartphones have a feature sometimes called "rapidcharge" that quickly charges the phone to 80 percent or so but then reduces the rate during the final part.
The thinking here is that someone with limited time to charge the phone (say an hour) would still like to see it substantially charged even after such a short time, whereas people who charge it all night don't care if the last 5 percent or so takes much longer than the previous 10 percent. |
