Hands free car kit for iPhone 4?

Hi all,

My daughter has the iPhone 4 and for Christmas I'd like to get her something that will allow her to talk hands free in the car as well as allow her to listen to her music via the car speakers. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have this bluetooth speakerphone and for the most part it works well. Both calls and music are transmitted to the device via bluetooth. It in turn broadcasts them to the FM radio in the car.
