Howdy blokes, just joined (need help )

A newbie here, from OZ, just had my first apple device a few months now, and not bad if I say so myself. but read on about my tale of woe.

I have the iphone4 and PC well my phone wont sync with the PC, I have itunes instaled and it alows me to log and etc, but when I hook up the iphone it wants to install it as a camera, I've been through the offical mac page helps section but its not working

ps any other aussies on here ???
