So I recently gave my iPhone 4 to my mom, and bought myself a iPhone 4s. This may be dumb, I know the 4s is pretty much the same as 4s except some internal and camera changes, but it seems to not be charging as great with my old iPhone 4 charger. Do I really need to have an iPhone 4s specific charger, or should it not matter. Thanks.

Take a look at Apple's info on iPhone batteries. Apple - Batteries - iPhone

AFAIK the charger you use is the same for iPhone 4 and 4s.

16GB iPhone 5, 64GB Wi-Fi only iPad 1st Gen.

They are as MYmacROX stated they are one and the same and can be changed to a iPod if needed.
Now that's universal.

Cheers
