Iphone 4 Stuck In Silent Mode

Member Since: May 23, 2007 Posts: 54 Mac Specs: 24" imac	10-21-2011, 12:17 PM My Iphone 4 is stuck in silent mode. I have the newest update and I did a restore and still nothing. I move the switch on the side of the phone and nothing happens, any suggestions as to what the problem could be? Maybe the switch just broke? What are my chances of Apple helping me out on this, the phone is over a year old?
