I updated my old iPhone4 to iOS5, however to sell it I want to reset all content & settings, will this revert it back to iOS4?

 MacBook Pro 13" 2.4GHz
 MacBook Pro 13" 2.26GHz
 iMac 21.5" 3.06GHz /  iPod 30GB /  iPhone 5 32GB
 iPad 2 64GB / 3rd Gen iPad 64 GB/ iPad Mini 32GB

If you erase all content and settings from within the iPhone it won't revert to iOS 4, it'll still have iOS 5 as far as I know.
