about to go crazy/activation help pleaseee

4 hours later and still can't activate my moms phone. first, i had a problem where iTunes would't detect iPhone 4s. i fixed that.

so, i turned on her phone followed the on screen steps until i got to the part where it told me to plug it into iTunes (i'm backing up from old iPhone.) iTunes synched everything as it said on the top but phone is still on activation screen and can't do anything about it.

Which carrier do you have? Have you contacted them yet?
