I did the latest update for my friend's iphone and it went into the recovery loop. I installed reboot and am trying to exit recovery but all I am getting is the apple sign and nothing else.
I did the above 1: Unplug iphone from USB 2: hold power and home button until it powers off 3: press and hold home button while plugging usb back in and it brought up the iphone cable with the itunes written above. in itunes it say I have to restore. If I do the restore will I lose all the contact and info on it? My friend has not backed up her phone from what she says and I am guess it is not on iCloud. |

i have link where you can download your ipsw......
iPhone, iPod, iPad and Firmware/Software Download select iphone 3g s (4.1/8b117) after you finish download open your latest Itunes be sure you are connected to the internet press shift key of your keyboard then click rrestore... there is a window appear on your screen where you van browse your downloaded ipsw then wait until finish extracting |
