Basically i have a PC and had to format it (dont ask why). And as my iphone was synced to my main itunes that i had before my PC was formatted, im pretty clueless of what to do now and how to set my new itunes as the main one.

Is there any chance of doing this without syncing to loose all my apps and data on my phone?

by the way its jailbroken.

Thanks.

Did you manage to make a back up of your itunes media file on an external hardrive or something?

If not i'm pretty sure will just need to sync your apps to scratch agen and re-jailbreak it or re D/L the apps.

With regards to your music you can transfer music from ur iphone to your itunes library, just type in transfer music from iphone 4 to itunes in youtube and there will be a few diff videos on how to do that and what apps to use.

with the rest of your data i think your pretty much goin from scratch agen unless a back was made of that file mentioned.

I could be wrong though so dont give up hope!
