I've had the same type of issue before. What I did that worked was to go into the Settings > Wi-Fi > Find the network that you are using and click the blue arrow > Then Forget this Network. After that is done, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Network Settings. Then restart the phone. After reconnecting to the network now hopefully it will work.
