Is it possible to switch everything on two iphones...all music, pictures, calendars, apps, mail?

I have an iphone 3gs and want to switch with my daughters 4g. Can i move everything from one phone to the other....i want everything on her phone to be on the 3gs and everything on my phone to be on the 4g. If this is possible, how do you accomplish this?

I assume that i will need to go to the att store to swap the phone numbers between the two phones, correct?

Thanks

I think they can move the content at the store. They offered to do it for me after I got my phone from Apple and went to grab a spare power cable.
