Yeah, I read that yesterday. IF it is true, it's only for those who used to have unlimited data (no good for newer customers) and only for a limited time.

16GB iPhone 5, 64GB Wi-Fi only iPad 1st Gen.

Reminder: Please include your Mac's specs. This will make it much easier for the other members to assist you.

I have a feeling AT&T is going to open that up to all its iPhone customers regardless of whether or not they previously had it. Verizon has been way too successful in yanking customers away from AT&T even before the iPhone.

We've got two large Verizon phone centers here in my local area and both are bracing for the onslaught of iPhone purchases and activations next month. I'm already a Verizon customer (FIOS Net and TV) and waiting to see what kind of "bundling" deal they're going to offer me if I purchase an iPhone from them.

I had it, and I was thinking if AT&T iPhone's will be able to be used as hotspots, I may want to go back to unlimited.

Those worms... ATT screwed us over when we left for EU last year. They agreed to cancel our ETF's because of the fact that we were moving over seas. Hadn't heard a word about it until we returned and got a nice letter from the company they put our ETF's into collection with! Wound up fighting it, and ATT after months of crap, getting old bills and such from where we were living in EU, decided to refund us the ETF's, but this of course did nothing to fix the dent it put in my wife's credit/history. Nor did they refund us the difference for the interest of the ETF's.

They asked if there was another way they could make it up to us, and it was only out of curiosity (I had no intentions of going back with them after this, not to mention that I was never happy with their service in NYC or many other areas, plus I was already with Sprint) that I asked if we were to resign, could they put us back on the unlimited plan which we had before. The answer was no, no and no, even though they were the ones who asked, and they admitted to have made a mistake (oops... sorry to ruin your credit, have a nice day!)

On another note, ATT's stock is down 3% today. Surprise surprise.

Not that any of the other carriers are any better in terms of being shiesters, but I do certainly hope that ATT gets what they deserve after the fun they've had with the iPhone for so long.
