It has taken me a few hours of searching, but I found this review link that states that it is a scam.

iPhone Jailbreak 3.1 Unlock Scam: Losers in the long run Phone Reviews

I could delete the content of my original post, but then I thought if someone else runs across the site that they might not realize that it is a scam and end up wasting their money. It is pretty well done site.

What tipped me off in the first place was when I tried to back out of the site yesterday, a screen popped up to inform that the original price of 24.99 could really be had for 19.99 and when I once again tried to back out it became 9.99. Although it does not seem to be doing that now.

1st link removed.

All the sites wanting your money for software to unlock/jailbreak your iPhone at this time are scammers. They only re-package the software that is available for free, make a web site and scam people out of their money.

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
