Iphone 4g question?

My first question is to reserve iphone 4G on the 15th does it cost anything? Also I was elgible for an upgrade but I gave it to someone else on my plan since his phone stopped working. I am the primary person on the contract. My question is would I still be elgible for an upgrade? His upgrade for his line isn't untill feb of 2011.

I would suggest dialing 611 on your AT&T phone and ask them as they are the ones that have the info.
