So my phone does have a little physical damage, but I really could care less. Though before any of that happened, my phone tends to freeze up, especially after I start to charge it. It will usually freeze for about 3-5 minutes. Also my battery dies incredibly quickly. I will have my brightness on all the way low, I would barely even use it, maybe to surf the net for about 4 minutes, then my battery will literally go from 3 quarters full to 20% remaining. I do have the Extended Protection Plan for iPhone. But I'm just wondering would they do anything about it, because this freeze up and quick battery loss is really bugging me. Thanks, Zack.
QUOTE Thanks
