So i'm just about to buy an iPhone off good old ebay to go with my three contract that still has 11 months left... BUT, I came across something thats worried me, apparently there's a mixed reaction to whether a three sim would actually work FULLY (i.e internet etc) in an unlocked iPhone 3G.

So before i actually buy one this evening, please let me know!!!!!

THANKS!

Mate we arnt Telco's here. There might be someone that has personally come across it, but if your saying there is mixed reactions, you might have your answer there.

Something like this GOOGLE might be your best bet. I just did it and there are a few pages out there ....
Start with THIS and they give a answer ...

Cheers

Works completely fine..I had a cheap Nokia phone that I got with my ATT contract..I bought a iPhone 3G from Ebay unlocked, plugged in the SIM card, called up ATT and told them about the new phone, enabled the data plan and everything works fine.

Regards
