hey guys i downloaded some Wah Wah podcasts of their website as an mp3 file and chucked em all in a playlist on itunes and when i try to sync them onto my phone (3G) nothing happens i check my phone and they arent there. is there anyway to put them onto my phone? i tried putting them in the podcast folder but that didnt work either. any ideas?

you need to make sure that you check podcast syncing in the settings when the phone is connected
