Not syncing all my contacts from address book

Hello everyone

I just got an iphone 3GS 32 GB and when i try to copy all my contacts/vcards
from my address book (on a macbook pro) to it, it just tells me it will copy 232 contacts, and the thing is that i got 600 on the address book

Does that make any sense? HOw can I make it work?

Thanks to anyone that can share its knowledge...

are all contacts in the same group or different groups? You may have to select the groups you want sync'd via the iTunes interface
