im going to send iphone for repair whats going to happen a courier coming
is he giving the box or am i
do i give genuine box all accesories and phone
or just box and phone
please reply quick
home button isnt working
are they more likely to give replacement or repair

Seems to me these would be great questions to ask the place that's doing the repairs.

thanks that answers all my question except am i more likely to get replacement or a repair i doubt apple will answer that

my iPhone was misbehaving (turning off randomly, vibrating for no reason), and as it was still under warranty I took it to the Apple store. Told them I'd rebooted, restored, re-everything'd. They verified it hadn't gotten wet (looking into the headphone jack for the "red" indicator), and once they did that they just gave me a new phone. Took about 5 minutes. Outstanding.

great cant wait they are taking today getting repaired one or hopefull replacement back on friday

sent of today just waiting for replacement now
