hey everyone, i broke the home button on my iPhone. i dont know how i did it, but its unresponsive, it doesnt work at all. me and my parents are going to take it back the to the Apple store and see if i can replace it. ive had it for about 8 months and i have a warranty on it. also, is it possible to replace my broken 8gig with a 16gig? please respond ASAP.

Apple will not upgrade your 8G to the 16G, but since it's under warranty they will do everything to try to fix your phone. If the failure is mechanical and not because of abuse, they should be able to fix it. If they determine it to be abuse, not sure what Apple's policy on that is..
