If I have to chose one thing it has to be:

The operating system it is running. A mini version of Mac OS X. That is what, in my opinion makes the iPhone so enjoyable to use ... It is like a mini computer, the phone part is just an added bonus

My Blog: Apple Laptops

The touch screen for one, The operating system is really user friendly with the new 3.0 you have gained many new features i.e. tethering, stereo bluetooth, really nice email client, media player, and 16GB and 32GB models. It seems a lot of people who need smartphones for work use the Blackberry. The Blackberry has a lot of advantages their available on almost every carrier in the world with a large variety of handsets for every type,Plus RIM is scheduled to release 4 new Blackberrys this year. Where Apple only releases one iPhone a year.

You won't be disappointed with either phone.
