Loud and Small Bluetooth Headset

I currently have the Samsung WEP500, which is an extremely tiny unit and I love the fact that its so small.

My complaints are that I would like it to get a bit louder (my car is on the louder side, and it gets a bit difficult to hear).

Also, from what people tell me, the sound quality on the other end isn't that great. People have asked me before if I was on speaker phone, meanwhile I'm using the headset.

I was wondering what everyones experiences are with headsets? I'm looking for something on the smaller side that will have better than average volume and good sound quality on the other end.
