    Question IPhone Remote Control
I've recently got an IPhone 3G here in Portugal and want to know if it is possible to use Apple's Remote Control to control iPod app when you are driving... I connect the iphone via cable to my car audio system and the sound is just great but I need to control the iPhone to avoid some kind of unexpected situations and of course a car accident

The simple answer is, no it is not possible to use the apple remote to control your iPhone.

The iPhone has no IR receiver. There are some cig lighter kits that have buttons on the cig lighter part to make it easier to change songs without looking. I use one from Belkin and it has force feedback buttons on the plug that will change the songs.
