Bluetooth iPhone Car Stereo

I have an aux input in my car and I was wondering if I could purchase some sort of bluetooth adapter to put in my glovebox and stream audio via bluetooth from my phone... possible or doesnt apple let you stream audio yet?

You cannot. Bluetooth on the iPhone only works for wireless headsets or handsfree devices. No stereo audio.
