Over the Ear or Around the Ear Headphone Replacement

Looking for options to replace the stock headphones with an over the ear or behind the ear style.

Can anyone recommend a non in-ear headphone for the 3G iPhone that will also have a microphone?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

MacBook 13" Black
