Question about mail

So right now It checks my mail when I click the app. Any way for it to check a set amount of times throughout the day so i dont have to keep clicking it to check my mail without setting up an exchange server?

Settings>Fetch New Data>Push ( turn it to on, IF it applies to your email)

-or- if you don't have push--

Settings>Fetch New Data>Fetch (set it to the desired time) AND THEN >advanced and set the email to either: Push, or Fetch
