Hey i'm living in australia at the moment and was wondering if anyone knows. will the iphone be priced in australia dollars equal to 199 USD? thank you..

Yes it will probably be priced the same, but Australian providers will rip you off with 24 month contracts & big bills!!!!! (Even though the providers haven't announced anything officially, it seems so from the rumors)

You gotta be kidding. Look at general Apple prices in the US compared to here.

With Optus and Vodafone selling the iPhone be ready for a steep increase in price and/or contracted period.

vodafone has announced overseas for outright/pre-paid purchases.. works out to be the equivalent of just under 800AUD so my guess is we should expect to pay somewhere around that outright that's for the 16GB model but seriously would anyone get the 8GB?
