iPhone SDK queries

Hi everyone,

Just wondering, is the iPhone SDK for anyone that wants it? Its just that i have a few idea for apps and thought it would be fun to fiddle around with the kit, but am not sure whether it's just for professionals or for anyone that wants to have a go.

Has anyone else downloaded it to have a go at making their own apps? If so, how did it go?

Thanks,
Luke

Well, since no one has replied I'll share my thoughts. I think that anyone can download and use SDK. You would be able to only test your apps on the mac. I think once you are paying developer you can use the tethering functions. That's how I understand it...
