Safari use to work great all the time for me but now it connects about 1 out 5 times when I try to use it. I keep getting a message that says something like: "Safari could not find the server".

Is this an iPhone issue or provider (ATT) issue?

Best,

I'm not an expert but I've had issues with the browser "server not found" message. Is wasn't with the GPRS connection but the wi-fi connection.
If your problem, comes via connecting to a wi-fi network.Resetting the iPhone did nothing. I had to reset my wireless router. (Unplug, wait, plug back in.) Worked liked like a charm.
QUOTE Thanks
