I have a new iPad Air and can't set the time zone for UK. When I go into Time/Date there are only US options? Not possible to use Auto time.

So when you search for say 'London' nothing comes back? Can you post a screen shot?

Is this a personal device of a company/college/uni device that may have predefined settings?

I found it. London is there but I was searching for United Kingdom. It wont set to Auto. Just hangs when I select.
No predefined settings, retail purchase.

So does the time zone stick with London when selected?

Are you connected to the internet (wi-fi/3g/4g) ? You can only set to auto if you have an internet connection
