Changing from F to centigrade

On and Ipad 4 , sliding down the notification page how can I change the temperature from
F to centigrade (from today's weather )

Try going to Settings > General > International and make sure the region is set to your own. It should inherit the system of measurement native to your country. If you're in one of the two remaining countries that use the imperial system (Liberia or the United States), change your setting to any but one of those two.

I'm leaving in the States ,but I would like to use/ see centigrade instead of F
