Has anyone come across a handle for the iPad that facilitates reading a book or newspaper online.

There are lots & lots & lots of covers & stands sold for iPads...including the "Smart Cover" sold by Apple:

If this sort of product is not what you're interested in...maybe you explain what you mean by an iPad "handle".
